Trio Logistics is looking for dedicated drivers to join our team and deliver shipments in our fresh new mega station in Chatsworth, California!All drivers wear company uniforms and drive company vans. This is a physically hard job that needs you to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Responsibilities in General:• The major goal of the driver is to make timely, safe, and accurate deliveries.• Always follow supervisors' written and verbal directions to ensure the above-mentioned aim is realized.• Follow stringent safety and quality guidelines both on and off the road.• While on the road doing deliveries, always communicate in a positive and professional manner.• Amazon locker, houses, retail establishments, enterprises, and more• When dealing with a customer enquiry, request, or issue, use a solution-oriented approach.• To the best of one's ability, keep the customer informed of delivery progress and status.• Use handheld technology to deliver products to customers, track delivery status, and resolve issues.• Sort and arrange packages for efficient handling in your vehicle.• Always keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working order.• Assist in training and assisting other members of the team as needed.• Non-delivery chores, such as sorting, may be required at the Delivery Station when necessary.• Communicate with the dispatcher in a clear and timely manner.• Listen to and understand the dispatcher's instructions.Required qualifications and skills include:• Be able to work in the United States of America.• Have a current California driver's license.• Acceptance of a drug and alcohol test• You must be at least 21 years old.• Working in a fast-paced setting is a must.• Know how to be client-centric and have excellent customer service abilities.• Maintain a team-oriented mindset as we work toward a common objective.• Maintain an optimistic outlookBenefits of working as a delivery driver for Trio Logistics:• Fantastic group advantages (must work for 90 days after meeting the minimum employee requirements)• Personal time off (PTO)• Training that is compensated• For qualified drivers, a 30 + 90 day salary rise is available.What We Stand ForAt Trio Logistics, we firmly believe in collaborating as a team to achieve a larger common purpose.
